- After graduating from University of Limerick, Andrew initially trained and qualified as an accountant with PriceWaterhouse Coopers before going on to work as an accountant in industry both in Ireland and the U.S. Most recently, he gained a comprehensive understanding of the Recruitment and HR industry with over three years experience in this business with BDO Simpson Xavier in Limerick and by establishing a recruitment division for another accountancy practice, O' Donovan Caulfield Lavin before founding Financial Recruitment Services
