Peter Keogh
Peter Keogh, Partner
Peter Keogh left Limerick after studying at the University of Limerick and trained in the Dublin office of KPMG. Peter had a traditional Audit training with exposure to Corporate Finance transactions at the end of his training period. This exposure to transactions encouraged Peter to take a position in Paris working with British Vita plc. While based in Paris, Peter worked on many acquisitions for British Vita throughout Europe. In 2000, Peter returned to Limerick where he has specialised in Corporate Finance transactions and Business Advisory, working initially with BDO Simpson Xavier and then heading up the Corporate Finance unit in Deloitte Limerick up to August 2005.

Shane Somers
Shane Somers, Partner
Shane is originally from Listowel, Co. Kerry and is a graduate of University of Limerick. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998. Shane trained with Norman O'Leary & Co., one of the most respected firms in Limerick. Shane practiced with Ernst & Young for over six years and has a wide range of auditing experience from large multinational work to medium and large Irish indigenous business. His work assignments have seen him work in New York and London. Prior to setting up Keogh Somers, he has been involved in the set up of the Corporate Services department in Ernst & Young Limerick largely specialising in examinership, liquidations and corporate recovery.

Peter Ryan
Peter Ryan, Partner
Peter Ryan has worked for most of his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Limerick. Peter qualified as an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute in 1994. He then qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 (placed in professional three exams). Peter has dedicated his career to tax services, specialising in Corporate Tax, Property tax incl. VAT and Personal Tax. Peter has also been exposed to a number of international corporate restructurings during his time with PWC.
